The Project Manager, Design will be capable of leading consulting studies and the design of capital projects up to $75-million in total cost.\nResponsibilities\nSuccessfully deliver consulting studies and design projects, including accountability for all aspects of project performance and staffing\nClient relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work\nCreate a remarkable experience for project team members and external partners\nFollow policies and procedures for project control and reporting, subcontract management, change management, and quality\n Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent\nMinimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience\nAdditional Qualifications\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills\nTeam-oriented individual capable of leading and managing others\nFoundational understanding of core design disciplines, project management fundamentals, and project execution and delivery\nDemonstrated success acting as an Assistant Project Manager and/or managing one’s own discipline or area of expertise in a “lead” role\nAbility to lead projects that incorporate multiple disciplines\nAbility to make independent decisions when a moderate degree of interpretation, judgement and discretion is required\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
