This role is responsible for the monitoring and control of small, medium, and large sized projects, and will contribute to the standardization of project management procedures and processes. The Project Manager will have proven ability to handle complex tasks and have business and personnel management skills including the ability to establish and manage priorities.\nLocation: Preferably within commutable distance to a CRB office.\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with project teams to ensure the timely completion of assigned project tasks. \nPerform day-to-day project management duties for several small to medium-sized IT related projects. \nSupervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track \nRegularly communicate project status to project stakeholders \nParticipate in project initiation and project planning activities for a variety of projects \nDevelops project scope and facilitates requirements gathering and documentation \nEvaluate potential problems and project risks, develops mitigation plans and alternate solutions \nPlan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information \nManage project-related information by ensuring all necessary materials are current, accessible, and organized \n Minimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience \n3-5 years of demonstrated success in IT project management required, from small to large size IT organizations \nExperience leading IT Infrastructure projects preferred. \nIntermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office applications required \nIntermediate to advanced proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Trello, Etc) preferred. \nFamiliarity with PMP project management methodologies required \nPMP certification preferred \nFamiliarity with operational frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or MOF preferred \nFamiliarity with Kepner Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision Making processes is a plus \nAbility to communicate openly and effectively both verbally and in writing \nExceptional time management and organizational skills \nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills \nProven ability to maintain attention to details under pressure \nProven ability to meet deadlines \n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
