This role provides oversight of safety, quality, schedule, cost, staffing, construction execution, and client satisfaction while ensuring alignment with project objectives and CRB operational standards.\nThe Senior Field Operations Manager serves as a senior field leader, driving operational excellence through collaboration with project teams, trade partners, and clients. Responsibilities include workforce planning, risk management, field leadership development, construction strategy, and financial performance. This individual plays a key role in advancing CRB's construction operations, supporting business development efforts, and delivering successful project outcomes.\nTypically oversees projects or programs exceeding $50-75 million in construction value and maintains accountability for project financial performance, forecasting, and profitability.\nResponsibilities\nProvide leadership and oversight of field operations for assigned project(s), ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved. \nLead and develop Construction Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to drive consistent project execution. \nPartner with Project Directors and Operations Leadership to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement recovery plans when necessary. \nOversee workforce planning, staffing, material management, site logistics, and construction execution strategies. \nMaintain accountability for project financial performance, including forecasting, change management, budgets, and profitability. \nServe as a primary client-facing construction leader, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. \nSupport preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, estimating efforts, and execution planning activities. \nPromote continuous improvement through implementation of best practices, lessons learned, and operational efficiencies. \nSupport business development, proposal efforts, and strategic growth initiatives. \nManage large-scale projects or programs with construction values typically exceeding $50-75 million\n Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline; equivalent field experience considered. \n15+ years of progressively responsible construction leadership experience. \nMinimum 5 years leading large project teams and field operations on complex construction projects. \nExperience managing projects exceeding $30M in construction value. \nPrior responsibility for project financial performance, forecasting, and P&L management \nDesign-Build, EPCM, or Integrated Project Delivery experience preferred. \nLife sciences, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or mission critical construction experience preferred\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
