Projects often include several subcontracts and may include several aspects of an integrated ONEsolution delivery methodology.\nLocation: Kansas City, MO - Hybrid work mode, three days in office\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage multidisciplinary design projects, coordinating architectural and engineering teams through all phases of design delivery \nDevelop and manage project work plans, schedules, and budgets to support high-quality, on-time, and on-budget design execution \nServe as the primary client contact during the design phase, fostering trusted relationships and ensuring a positive client experience \nFacilitate clear communication and collaboration across internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders \nMonitor project progress, risks, and changes; proactively identify and address scope, schedule, or budget impacts \nEnsure adherence to CRB’s design standards, quality procedures, and project controls \nSupport project staffing needs in coordination with discipline leaders \nTrack and report project performance metrics, including financials, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction \nContribute to business development efforts by supporting client relationships and identifying opportunities for follow-on work \n Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) \nMinimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within an architecture or engineering design firm \nDemonstrated experience managing design projects or serving as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on complex, multidisciplinary teams \nExperience in Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, AEC, Pharma, Advanced Manufacturing, related field, preferred \nAdditional Qualifications\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills \nCollaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to lead and influence diverse design teams \nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced design environment \nFoundational understanding of architectural and engineering disciplines and the design project lifecycle \nProfessional certification (e.g., PMP, AECPM™) is preferred or willingness to obtain \n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
