This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nOversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.\nLead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects in regulated environments.\nAct as the primary liaison between CRB, clients, contractors, and vendors.\nEnsure client expectations are met and exceeded through proactive communication and problem-solving.\nDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.\nMonitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and CRB quality requirements.\nMentor and support junior project managers and team members.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.\n10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in life sciences or food & beverage industries.\nProven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nExpertise in project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).\nKnowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements is a plus.\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
