This role involves investigating claims, analyzing policy coverage, and ensuring timely and fair resolution. The position operates under moderate supervision and requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to deliver quality service to policyholders and internal stakeholders.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFollowingis a summary of the essential functions for this job.
