Conducts preliminary evaluations, gathers and organizes relevant documentation, and ensures accurate reporting to support senior appraisers and underwriters in decision-making.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFollowingis a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.\nAssistin evaluating property and asset values to support risk assessment.\nCollect and analyze data such as property details, market conditions, and comparable valuations.\nPrepare preliminary reports and summarize findings for review by senior appraisers.\nCollaborate with underwriters to ensure accurateappraisal data is integrated into policy decisions.\nMaintaindatabases and documentation of valuations for compliance and audit requirements.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skilland/or ability required.
