This role ensures timely and accurate processing of claims while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFollowingis a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.\nAssistin the intake and setup of new claims in the system.\nCollect and verify required documentation from internal and external stakeholders.\nProvide administrative support for claims adjusters, including file organization and data entry.\nMonitorand follow up on claim status to ensure timelyresolution.\nCommunicate with claimants and other parties to update on claim progress as directed.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.\nEscalate issues or discrepancies to supervisor for resolution.\nMaintainaccurateand up-to-date claim records within the claims management platform.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skilland/or ability required.
