This role is responsible for managing team performance, providing guidance, and resolving escalated claims issues while driving process improvements and maintaining customer satisfaction.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFollowingis a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.\nSupervise and manage the daily workflow of the claims team to ensure goals and service standards are met.\nReview and approve complex or high-value claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.\nProvide coaching, training, and regular feedback to claims representatives to enhance skills and performance.\nMonitorkey performance indicators and report on team productivity, accuracy, and timelines.\nServe as escalationpoint for claimsdisputes or customer concerns, resolvingissues promptly.\nCollaborate with other departments to optimizeclaims processes and improve customer experience.\nIdentifyareas for process improvement and recommend or implement efficiency initiatives.\nEnsure documentation and record-keepingmeet compliance and audit requirements.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skilland/or ability required.
