This role ensures market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting business objectives and talent strategy. The individual will provide strategic guidance, oversee complex analyses, and lead a team to deliver best-in-class compensation solutions.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.\nDevelop and oversee the execution of compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and ensure competitive market positioning. \nManage the design and implementation of base salary structures, incentive programs, and recognition programs. \nProvide strategic consultation to senior leadership on compensation matters and workforce planning. \nEnsure compliance with legal requirements, organizational policies, and governance standards related to pay practices. \nPartner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support hiring, retention, and internal movement through competitive offers and pay frameworks. \nLead market benchmarking studies and participate in compensation surveys to maintain current knowledge of market trends. \nAnalyze and interpret complex compensation data to recommend adjustments or program enhancements. \nOversee and mentor compensation team members, providing direction and ensuring performance objectives are met. \nCollaborate with finance and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between compensation programs and financial goals. \nCommunicate program changes and philosophies effectively to leaders and employees to promote understanding and engagement.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. \nMaster’s degree preferred. \n10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least 3-5 years in a management or leadership role. \nProven experience designing and managing complex compensation programs. \nExperience working in a multi-location or enterprise-wide organization is preferred.\nCERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS\nCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. \nOther relevant HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.\nFUNCTIONAL SKILLS\nAdvanced knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. \nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting and utilizing data to inform decisions. \nHigh proficiency with HRIS and compensation management tools. \nAbility to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. \nStrong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences. \nStrategic planning and program development expertise. \nPeople leadership skills, including team coaching, development, and performance management.\nGeneral Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of CRC Group: At CRC Group, we're committed to supporting every aspect of teammates' well-being - physical, emotional, financial, social, and professional.
