This role identifies, solicits, and places appropriate insurance coverage by utilizing accessible markets while serving as an intermediary between agents and carriers. The core function of this role centers on efficient deal execution, transactional production, and supporting new and renewal business to meet or exceed brokerage team production goals.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nFollowingis a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.\nExecute new and renewal business activity by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies within established guidelines\n\nMarket insurance products by identifyingappropriate coveragesolutions through accessible markets for less complex risks\n\nNegotiate coverage terms with carriers within defined underwriting and pricing parameters\n\nServe as a primary point of contact for agents on assigned accounts, managing communication and responding to inquiries in a high-volume environment\n\nEnsure accuracy of submissions and policy information, including risk details and coverage structure\n\nMonitor assigned accounts tomaintaincompliance with company policies, procedures, and underwriting standards\n\nSupport production goals by driving transactional deal flow and contributing to overall team performance\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,skilland/or ability required.
