This role is responsible for guiding team activities, monitoring service levels, providing expertise on licensing processes, and supporting operational improvements to maintain efficiency and mitigate risks.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.\nSupervise daily licensing activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of state and regulatory filings. \nProvide guidance and training to licensing staff, offering subject-matter expertise on compliance and procedural changes. \nMonitor key performance indicators and team productivity, taking corrective actions as needed. \nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to address escalations or resolve complex licensing issues effectively. \nEnsure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and state regulations related to insurance licensing. \nIdentify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation. \nPrepare reports on licensing metrics and compliance performance for leadership review. \nSupport audits and regulatory reviews by providing accurate documentation and records.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
