This role bridges business stakeholders, security teams, and technology teams to ensure AI Agents are deployed securely, compliantly, and supportably.\nThe position will establish and manage the AI Agent onboarding framework, oversee governance processes, provide technical guidance to citizen developers and business teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and operational standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Agent Onboarding & Governance\nDevelop and manage the enterprise AI Agent onboarding process.\nReview and assess new AI Agent use cases for business value, security, compliance, and operational readiness.\nLead intake, approval, and deployment activities for Copilot Studio and Power Platform AI Agents.\nMaintain agent inventories, ownership records, support models, and lifecycle documentation.\nCoordinate agent registration, approval workflows, and production readiness reviews.\nPartner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to governance standards.\nPower Platform Administration\nManage Power Platform environments, solutions, connectors, and DLP policies.\nEstablish governance controls for Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and related services.\nImplement environment strategies including Development, UAT, and Production environments.\nMonitor platform utilization, licensing, capacity consumption, and operational health.\nDefine and maintain standards for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).\nAI Agent Platform Enablement\nDesign and support AI Agent architectures using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.\nEnable secure integrations with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and other systems of record.\nAssist business units in identifying automation opportunities and AI Agent use cases.\nCreate reusable templates, agent frameworks, and deployment patterns.\nAdoption & Center of Excellence\nServe as a Power Platform and AI Agent subject matter expert.\nSupport the AI Center of Excellence and Agent Review Board.\nDeliver training, office hours, workshops, and best practices for business users and citizen developers.\nDrive adoption of approved AI capabilities while reducing shadow IT and unmanaged AI solutions.\nDevelop operational metrics and executive reporting on agent adoption, ROI, and effectiveness.\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.\nExperience administering:Power Apps\nPower Automate\nCopilot Studio\nDataverse\nPower Platform environments\n\nExperience implementing Power Platform governance and DLP strategies.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure services.\nExperience managing enterprise application onboarding and governance processes.\nKnowledge of AI/Generative AI concepts and agent-based solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience with:Azure OpenAI\nAzure AI Foundry\nPurview\nAPI Management\nDevOps and CI/CD\nExperience establishing a Power Platform or AI Center of Excellence.\n\nGeneral Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of CRC Group: At CRC Group, we're committed to supporting every aspect of teammates' well-being - physical, emotional, financial, social, and professional.
