Qualified candidates must be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to effectively multitask with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Summary:\nThe Title Order Entry Coordinator is responsible for the intake, review and setup of residential and commercial title insurance transactions. This role serves as a liaison between external clients, internal sales and operations teams, and the Orders/Vendor Management team to ensure that new orders are timely and accurately entered into the title production system.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor shared inboxes or order intake queues for new title requests\nCarefully review contracts, loan documents, property information, and other real estate documentation to ensure order details are complete and consistent before entry\nIdentify discrepancies between the order request and supporting documentation and escalate urgent, incomplete, or complex order requests according to department guidelines\nFollow established intake procedures, naming conventions, and documentation standards to accurately enter all necessary order data into the title production system\nUpload and organize supporting documents such as purchase contracts, loan agreements, deeds, surveys, closing instructions, and related real estate documents\nCommunicate professionally with clients and internal teams to resolve missing or conflicting information\nMonitor new order pipelines proactively, resolving delays, issues, or data discrepancies as quickly as possible\nRequirements:\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to manage a steady volume of email-based requests\nAbility to prioritize competing tasks in a deadline-driven environment\n3+ plus years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or title industry\nKnowledge of SoftPro Select a plus\nAbility to communicate effectively (written and verbal)\nReliable, accountable, and able to complete work accurately within established timelines\nProfessional customer-service mindset when communicating with clients and internal teams\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously\nAbout Kensington Vanguard National Land\nKensington Vanguard National Land Services is one of the largest independent full-service national title insurance agencies in the country providing:\nCommercial & Residential Title Insurance\nReal Property & Cooperative Lien Searches\nSettlement Services\nEscrow Services\nRecording Services\n1031 Exchange Services\nKensington Vanguard National Land is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
