This role manages Construction Defect claims, provides technical expertise, develops staff capabilities, and drives efficient claims resolution to achieve business objectives and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFollowingis a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.\nSupervise and lead a team of claims adjusters and specialists, ensuring performance objectivesand quality standards are met.\nReview and approve coverage analysis on claims within delegated authority and escalateas necessary.\nProvidetechnical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance proficiencyand support career development.\nMonitorworkflow, allocateresources, and resolve escalated issues to maintainservice-level agreements.\nEnsure compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations, and internal policies for all claims activities.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identifyprocess improvements and implement best practices for claims handling.\nAnalyze claims data to identifytrends, manage risk exposure, and recommend strategic initiatives.\nConduct performance evaluations and contribute to workforce planning, including hiring, training, and succession management.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skilland/or ability required.
