This role partners with program managers, finance teams, data leaders, and engineering teams to coordinate AI platform initiatives, data modernization programs, and advanced analytics use cases.The position plays a critical role in portfolio tracking, monthly forecast-to-actual financial reporting, and executive presentation development, ensuring AI and data investments are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI & Data Program Coordination\nSupport planning and execution of AI and data transformation programs across underwriting, claims, risk analytics, fraud detection, and customer insights.\nCoordinate across data engineering, AI/ML teams, analytics teams, and business stakeholders.\nMaintain program documentation including project plans, roadmaps, and AI use case inventories.\nTrack program milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks.\nFinancial Governance & Budget Management\nManage financial tracking for AI and data transformation portfolios.\nConduct monthly forecast-to-actual budget analysis across AI and data initiatives.\nMaintain rolling financial forecasts and forecast adjustments based on project progress, staffing changes, and vendor spend.\nTrack financial metrics including:\nBudget utilization\nForecast accuracy\nVariance analysis\nCost drivers\nMonitor costs related to:\nAI and data platforms\nCloud infrastructure\nVendor and consulting services\nSoftware licensing\nInternal engineering resources\nSupport quarterly reforecasting cycles and annual budgeting processes.\nTrack CapEx vs OpEx allocations for technology investments.\nPrepare financial and program performance reports for executive leadership and PMO governance forums.\nAI & Data Portfolio Governance\nSupport portfolio management of AI and data use cases across the enterprise.\nMaintain visibility into AI project pipeline, prioritization, and investment allocation.\nTrack progress across the AI lifecycle, including:\nUse case identification\nModel development\nDeployment\nOperational monitoring\nAssist leadership in measuring ROI and business value from AI investments.\nData Platform & AI Delivery Support\nSupport implementation tracking for enterprise AI and data platforms, including environments built on Databricks.\nAssist with program coordination across data engineering, ML engineering, and analytics teams.\nSupport Agile program execution using tools such as Jira.\nReporting, Dashboards & Executive Presentations\nDevelop dashboards and reporting for program delivery and financial performance.\nBuild and maintain executive reporting using tools such as:\nMicrosoft Power BI\nTableau\nPrepare executive presentations and program updates using Microsoft PowerPoint.\nCreate presentation materials for:\nCIO/CDO leadership reviews\nAI governance committees\nProgram steering meetings\nQuarterly business reviews (QBRs)\nTranslate program metrics and financial data into clear visual storytelling for leadership decision-making.\nRisk & Compliance\nTrack program risks, financial exposure, and mitigation plans.\nEscalate budget or delivery risks impacting AI initiatives.\nEnsure alignment with data governance, AI governance, and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field\n1-6 years experience in project analysis, PMO, technology program management, or financial program tracking\n1+ year Experience supporting technology, AI, or data platform initiatives\nGeneral Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of CRC Group: At CRC Group, we're committed to supporting every aspect of teammates' well-being - physical, emotional, financial, social, and professional.
