Create Music Group is based in Hollywood, CA and has 400 employees worldwide.\nJob Summary\nThe Analytics Engineer will be part of our Analytics & Insights team and partner closely with stakeholders and internal data teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions. The role will analyze; integrate data from multiple datasets, write and optimize SQL for analytics; reporting, own end-to-end analytics deliverables, and recommend data and reporting improvements.\nThe ideal candidate takes ownership, approaches complex problems with creativity and persistence, and continuously raises the bar for analytical excellence. They pair technical expertise with sharp business acumen, transforming data into actionable insights that create meaningful business impact.\nResponsibilities\nPartner closely with Finance, Music Ops, Acquisitions, and other business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, data gaps, and analytical requirements\nCollaborate with internal data teams to translate business questions into scalable, well-modeled, analytics-ready data solutions\nAnalyze and integrate data from disparate datasets to develop niche reporting tables and generate meaningful business insights\nDevelop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and reporting tables\nRecommend and implement improvements to existing SQL data models\nDesign and build scalable reporting architecture that supports evolving analytics needs\nDesign and develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks that provide real-time visibility into business performance\nApply software engineering best practices to analytics code (e.g., version control, continuous integration)\nParticipate in code reviews and optimize SQL for performance, including Sigma-specific optimization\nMaintain data documentation, definitions, and governance standards\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science etc.);
