Let’s create tomorrow, together, today.\n\nAbout the role and team:\nAs our Contractor Operations Coordinator, you'll own the day-to-day administration of our contractor workforce, from offer through to offboarding.\nYou'll be the main point of contact for our contractors and the third-party suppliers we work with. You'll sit within our Talent team and work closely with Casting, People, Finance and Delivery colleagues. It's a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, loves getting the detail right and enjoys building great relationships.\n What you’ll be doing: \nOffers and contracts\nPrepare and issue contractor offers, contracts, statements of work and extensions.\nTrack contract end dates and prompt hiring managers on extensions or roll-offs in good time.\nKeep contractor records accurate and up to date in our systems.\nOnboarding and offboarding\nCoordinate a smooth start for every contractor, including equipment, system access, inductions and any client-specific onboarding.\nManage leavers, making sure access is removed, kit is returned and final timesheets and invoices are closed off.\nTimesheets, invoicing and payroll support\nCollect, chase and approve weekly or monthly timesheets.\nReconcile timesheets against supplier invoices and resolve any discrepancies.\nWork with Finance to make sure contractors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time.\nCompliance\nRun pre-engagement checks, including right to work, ID, references and any client-required background or security vetting.\nSupport IR35 status assessments, issue Status Determination Statements and keep an audit trail of decisions.\nCheck that limited company details, insurances and supplier documentation are in place and up to date.\nMake sure contractor data is handled in line with GDPR.\nSupplier and agency management\nBe the day-to-day contact for our third-party suppliers, agencies and umbrella companies.\nSupport onboarding of new suppliers and help keep our preferred supplier list in good shape.\nMonitor supplier performance against agreed terms and raise issues early.\nContractor care\nBe the friendly, go-to contact for contractor questions and queries.\nHelp contractors feel part of CreateFuture, including inviting them to relevant events and communications.\nGather feedback on the contractor experience and suggest improvements.\nReporting and process improvement\nMaintain accurate contractor data and produce regular reports on headcount, spend, contract end dates and compliance.\nSpot opportunities to simplify and automate our processes, including using AI tools where they help.\nKeep our contractor policies, templates and process documentation up to date.\nWe'd love to talk to you if you:\nHave 2+ years' experience in contractor administration, contingent workforce, HR or People operations, recruitment operations or a similar role.\nHave worked with contractors, temps or freelancers and understand the basics of the contractor lifecycle.\nHave a working knowledge of IR35 and right to work checks, or are keen to build it.\nAre highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy, deadline-driven workload.\nCommunicate clearly and confidently with contractors, suppliers and internal teams.\nAre comfortable with numbers, timesheets and spreadsheets, and confident using HR, ATS or timesheet systems.\nHandle confidential information with care and discretion.\nTake a proactive, problem-solving approach and enjoy improving how things work.\nWhat we’ll offer you:\nWe trust people to do their best work.
