You own a strategy or transformation workstream end to end, usually within a larger engagement led by a Lead or Principal. You shape the research, frame the problem, facilitate the sessions and build the recommendations, then help the client act on them.\nYou work with CreateFuture's complementary disciplines (Strategy, Design, Product, AI Engineering and Data) alongside the client's own teams, often embedded with them. You are accountable for the quality and commercial relevance of what your workstream delivers, not the volume of it.\nWhat you’ll be doing: \nDiagnose and design\nShape the research brief and methodology with minimal support, choosing the right tools and research partners\nLead qualitative research end to end, design and analyse quantitative research, and mine client and market data for insight - often working with specialist research partners\nFrame ambiguous problems cleanly and guide others through structured analysis to evidence-backed answers\nQuestion whether the stated problem is the right one, and reframe it when it is not\nBuild evidence-backed propositions and strategic directions, drawing on cultural and industry trends\nDeliver Transformation that lands \nDiagnose how the organisation needs to change across People, Process, Platforms and Products within your workstream\nDesign initiatives that are practical, scoped, sequenced and executable\nFrame each challenge in commercial terms: the cost of standing still, the value at stake and the measurable outcome\nBuild the case for a value slice the client can see within 90 days\nManage timelines, budget and stakeholder expectations for your workstream\nAdvise and facilitate\nDesign and run small to medium workshops, choosing the frameworks that move the group forward\nPresent complex ideas to senior client stakeholders, keep them engaged and handle difficult questions well\nShape a compelling narrative for your workstream and hold every deliverable to a high standard\nApply AI deliberately \nUse AI tools (LLMs, synthesis agents, automated research) to compress discovery and free time for deeper thinking\nLead pilots that apply AI to strategy and transformation work, and share what holds up\nHelp clients decide where to automate, augment, orchestrate or stay human\nModel and coach the responsible, secure use of AI, especially client data privacy and bias in LLM output\nGrow the practise around you \nCoordinate project teams, give constructive feedback and support the development of junior colleagues\nUpdate shared frameworks and document case studies and outcomes so the practice gets sharper\nSpot emerging client needs and bring them to your Lead, helping position the team for what comes next\nContribute to proposals where your delivery experience strengthens them\nWe'd love to speak to you if you have:\nExperience in a strategy consultancy, digital agency, transformation practice or in-house strategy function, owning workstreams from brief to recommendation\nHands-on qualitative and quantitative research and synthesis\nExperience contributing to new propositions, services or business models, or to organisational and digital change\nPractical use of AI tools to speed up research, analysis and hypothesis testing\nConfident workshop facilitation and presentation to senior stakeholders\nYou are\nA structured, diagnostic thinker who is comfortable in ambiguity and helps others find their footing in it\nCredible with senior client stakeholders and able to build trust across a mixed team\nCommercially aware, framing your work in terms of value the client can measure\nAI-literate and deliberate about where AI helps and where it does not\nMotivated to grow across both strategy and transformation craft\nYou are not\nA deck producer who stops at the recommendation\nAn order-taker who responds only to defined requirements\nSomeone who applies a method regardless of whether it fits\nWhat we’ll offer you:\nWe trust people to do their best work.
