As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own a portfolio of live roles end-to-end, working as a genuine partner to hiring managers and account leads rather than an order-taker, and coaching junior recruiters as you go.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nOwn a portfolio of live requisitions across engineering, data, AI, delivery or product roles, managing them end-to-end from brief to offer\nPartner closely with hiring managers and account leads to build robust briefs, define success profiles and agree realistic timelines\nDesign and run interview processes that assess for craft and client-readiness, coaching interviewers on structure and calibration\nBuild and maintain healthy talent pools for hard-to-fill or recurring roles, sourcing proactively rather than waiting on inbound\nManage offer negotiations and closing conversations, balancing candidate expectations against our bandings and business needs\nCoach junior recruiters and coordinators on sourcing technique, pipeline hygiene and candidate experience\nWe'd love to talk to you if you:\nCan evidence a track record of closing technical or consulting hires end-to-end, with real numbers on volume and time-to-hire\nHave partnered directly with senior hiring managers or account leads on requisition strategy, not just order-taking\nHave designed or improved an interview process and can point to what changed and why\nBring hands-on sourcing skill for niche or competitive technical markets\nAre comfortable coaching more junior colleagues and raising the bar on process\nWhat we’ll offer you:\nWe trust people to do their best work.
