You report to the Head of Business Development & Sales.\nWhat you’ll do\nSharpen our positioning and messaging for CTOs, CIOs and transformation leaders in regulated industries.\nEstablish the existing CREATEQ brand in the Swiss market: make sure it’s applied consistently across website, sales materials, LinkedIn and events, and that target clients recognise CREATEQ as the expert for AI-powered software engineering.\nOwn the content strategy: case studies, expert articles, the AI Engineering Radar, and thought leadership for our CEO and engineering experts.\nRun account-based campaigns on 60-80 target accounts, together with our sales leads.\nPrepare the marketing plan and budget, measure brand awareness and pipeline contribution, and report on what works.\nRequirements\n5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in IT services, consulting or enterprise software.\nExperience establishing a B2B brand in the market: growing awareness and recognition with target clients and keeping its use consistent across all channels.\nStrong design skills: a sure eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling, and hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create presentations, case studies, social media visuals and event materials yourself.\nA track record of content and campaigns that generated pipeline, not just reach.\nThe ability to grasp technical topics such as AI, software modernisation and regulation, and write credibly about them for senior decision-makers.\nFluent English, German as a plus.\nHands-on with HubSpot (or a comparable platform), LinkedIn and AI tools in your daily work.\nSenior enough to set direction, hands-on enough to execute.\nWhat Makes You Successful in This Role\nYou are someone who:\nThinks
