Join us in reinventing the advertising industry with AI.\nAbout this role\nWe're hiring an AI Research Engineer. We're open to professionals with a few years of experience and ambitious new graduates. In this role, you'll work closely with our Chief AI Scientist and other researchers to develop and shape Creatify's industry-leading AI video ad models.\nThis is a full-time, in-person position based in Mountain View, CA.\nResponsibilities\nParticipate in the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from problem definition to deployment.\n\nDevelop and implement LLM and multimodal models, experimenting with novel algorithms and techniques.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.\n\nContribute to research that can be published in top-tier conferences.\n\nQualifications\nHaving a Master or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.\n\nStrong foundation in algorithms, linear algebra, statistics, and machine learning principles.\n\nStrong coding skills in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).\n\nCuriosity and a strong desire to learn and tackle challenging problems.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.\n\nLast but not least, you are genuinely a nice person.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and highly value diversity at our company.
