Sitting at the intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, you'll be a trusted advisor to our customers - driving their AI strategies, creating AI adoption roadmaps, and designing AI agent concepts and specifications. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with AI engineers, product, solution engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure agents are deployed, scaled, and delivering high ROI to our customers' businesses.\nThe role is based in Poland.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify potential opportunities for AI use cases.\nGain a deep understanding of each customer's domain and business processes to prioritize the most impactful AI use cases, based on business impact and technical feasibility.\nTranslate business problems and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals, with success metrics and guardrails.\nDesign AI agent solutions and redesign workflows around them - removing repetitive work, unlocking new possibilities.\nDefine how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems - CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, MCPs, workflows.\nPrepare agent specifications and solution documentation that enable delivery teams to implement successfully.\nCollaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams across pre-sales, implementation, and adoption.\nSupport customer presentations and executive discussions around AI strategy.\nStay up to date with emerging AI technologies, agentic AI trends, and industry best practices.\nRequired Skills & Competencies:\nStrong skills in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.\nFamiliarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation; comfort with APIs and integrations.\nExperience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.\nHands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.\nExperience translating business requirements into solution designs.\nExperience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.\nExcellent executive communication and presentation skills.\nStrong analytical and systems thinking.\nExcellent spoken and written English.\nWhat to expect from us:\nGrowth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.\nFlexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.\nRecognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.\nInnovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.\n Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
