The role combines cross-platform development, native integrations, offline scenarios, and reusable configurable components within Creatio’s metadata-driven platform.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role with ownership at the feature and component level. You will design and deliver features end to end while working with modern engineering approaches, including AI-assisted and agentic development.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and implement mobile features end to end across Flutter and native Android/iOS layers.\nBuild reusable components and business features using native device capabilities, REST APIs, and offline scenarios.\nOwn the technical design and quality of delivered features, including data flow, edge cases, and testing.\nDevelop integrations between cross-platform and native functionality using platform channels.\nInvestigate and resolve production issues, including platform-specific, performance, and synchronization problems.\nReview code and contribute to engineering guidelines, reusable components, and internal tooling.\nParticipate in technical research, prototyping, and validation of new capabilities.\nMentor middle and junior engineers through reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.\nCollaborate with Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, QA, and Product teams to define workable technical solutions.\nOccasionally contribute to backend (.NET/C#) or web (Angular/TypeScript) components.\nContribute to AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices within the team.\nRequirements:\nMust have\n4+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in mobile development. \nStrong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. \nExperience integrating cross-platform modules with native Android/iOS applications and working with platform-specific functionality. \nHands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.\nGood understanding of state management and unidirectional data flow, such as BLoC. \nSolid knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and modular design. \nExperience with REST APIs, JSON, local persistence, and offline/synchronization scenarios.\nFamiliarity with at least one native mobile technology: Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift. \nStrong testing practices, including unit and widget testing. \nExperience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and static analysis. \nPractical exposure to AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, or strong interest in this area. \nEnglish level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.\nNice to have\nBackend (C#/.NET) or web (Angular/TypeScript) experience for occasional full-stack contributions. \nExperience with SDK development, packaging, linting, and unit testing.\nExperience with metadata- or schema-driven UI. \nBackground in CRM, ERP, field service, or other data-heavy enterprise mobile applications.\nExperience with native device capabilities and integrations (e.g. geolocation, camera, push notifications, OAuth/SSO), real-time communication, analytics, accessibility, and localization.\nExperience with enterprise mobility, including MDM/MAM, enterprise distribution, and corporate security requirements.\nWhat to expect from us:\nGrowth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.\nFlexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.\nRecognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.\nInnovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.\n Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
