Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.\nWe’re proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.\nIn 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.\nWho We’re Looking For:\nWe are seeking a passionate, proactive, and results-driven .NET Technical Lead (Marketing area) who is excited to contribute to a fast-growing and innovative company.\nHere, the teams develop the Creatio Agentic Marketing Platform as an end-to-end, enterprise-level marketing automation product that enables intelligent, personalized engagement across the entire customer journey.\nCreatio Marketing is developed as an AI-native platform, using intelligent automation and AI agents to generate, personalize, and optimize content for every segment, channel, and touchpoint - from first interaction to sales handoff.\nTeam Composition:\n1 Technical Lead, 3 Developers, 1 QA, 1 Agile Coach, 1 Product Owner\nResponsibilities:\nLead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes alongside the system architect and development team.\nBuild, test, and debug high-quality back-end and front-end code.\nSupport seamless product operation by addressing customer cases and ensuring system reliability.\nContinuously monitor and optimize development processes to enhance team productivity and quality.\nDrive adoption of innovative tools, standards, and best practices in software development.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership to align technical vision with business goals.\nConduct technical interviews, mentor developers, and facilitate onboarding and professional growth.\nRequirements:\n6+ years of overall programming experience, strongly focusing on .Net\nAt least 3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role, guiding teams successfully.\nStrong knowledge of object-oriented programming, KISS, SOLID, DRY principles.\nConfident knowledge of C# language and modern .NET platform (.NET6+).\nASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, experience with the development of Web APIs, containerized services.\nSource control systems like Git, SVN, experience with branch, merge, rebase.\nUnit testing, mocking, NUnit, Mock, Postman.\nEnglish level - Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and business writing).\nExperience working with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle) is a plus.\nNice to have: Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript languages, DOM, CSS/SASS.
