We are looking for individuals with deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Typescript, and Node. In-depth experience with React, Redux, Jest, Azure SQL, and MongoDB are strong pluses. We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Full Stack Web Developer Lead/Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for writing code, leading an agile development team, managing other developers, interacting with product management, performing code reviews, and acting as a mentor to other developers on your team to help us build and maintain high-quality web applications.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain web applications using modern web technologies. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. \nLead an agile team with 3-5 other developers \nManage 2-3 developers \nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code. \nEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. \nIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. \nHelp guide and mentor other full stack developers to understand business and technical concepts to improve code quality and speed. \nHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automation. \nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. \nStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. \nRequirements\nMinimum of ten (10) years' experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role. \nMastery with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. \nStrong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar. \nExperience with database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar. \nExperience working on large single page web applications with complex state management. \nFamiliarity with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Semantic-React-UI, Material, Tailwind, or similar. \nExperience writing unit and integration tests with tools such as Jest, Chai, Cypress, or similar. \nExperience leading a team and/or managing direct reports. \nExperience performing code reviews to ensure security, code quality, maintainability, and knowledge sharing among team members. \nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git. \nUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and web services. \nExperience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. \nVery strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \nExcellent communication and teamwork skills. \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. \nLocation\nThis is a hybrid role based out of our Nashville office.\nCompensation \nThe annual base salary range for this position is as follows:\nNashville, TN - $215,000 - $259,000\nThis position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
