For more information, please visit: https://www.caaicon.com/.\nReporting directly to the Project Director, this Project Manager will manage the project’s daily project management activities with oversight over the planning, design and construction activities provided by CAA ICON.\nDuties to include but not limited to:\nCDW Strategy & Planning - Define CDW scope, requirements, interfaces and integration with the main works, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives, design intent, schedule and budget. \nSupplier Identification - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers for CDW packages, coordinating technical pre qualification and capability assessments. \nConsultancy identification - Identify and evaluate potential consultancies for system integration and commissioning agent services.\nTender Management - Prepare tender documentation, manage competitive bidding processes, lead clarifications, evaluate proposals and support final supplier selection. \nContract Management - Maintain documentation for all contracts, insurance certificates, and bonds for Owner-held contracts.\nDesign Coordination - Coordinate CDW design development, review shop drawings, ensure compliance with project requirements, and maintain alignment with the architectural and engineering teams of the general project.
