Foundedin 1975, CAA is headquartered in Los Angeles, and has offices in New York, Nashville, Memphis, Chicago, Miami, London, Munich, Geneva, Stockholm, Shanghai, and Beijing, among other locations globally.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking a Senior Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Engineer to build, automate, and operate the CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure that power CAA’s global platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on implementing and enforcing standards established by Architecture while translating those standards into reliable, repeatable automation. The IaC Engineer will participate in design discussions, but will primarily lead the build, delivery, and continuous improvement of pipeline automation, Terraform modules, deployment workflows, and environment provisioning. This automation-first role is centered on Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub, and Azure DevOps, with responsibility for developing scalable pipelines, improving release automation, and ensuring infrastructure deployments are consistent, secure, and supportable across environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong working understanding of cloud platforms, networking fundamentals, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices, and works closely with engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams to turn infrastructure patterns into production-ready code. Above all, this role is for a forward-thinking engineer who thinks in code, eliminates manual effort, and builds automation that improves reliability. You will proactively develop daily health checks, validation routines, regression and resiliency testing, and self-healing workflows that identify and address issues before they impact the business. This is a high-visibility opportunity for an experienced IaC Engineer who is passionate about automation, operational excellence, and continuously raising the standard for how CAA ships and manages infrastructure.\nResponsibilities\nBuild, automate, and operate the CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure that power CAA's global platforms.\nTranslate standards established by Architecture into reliable, repeatable automation, and enforce those standards across pipelines and modules.\nLead the build, delivery, and continuous improvement of pipeline automation, Terraform modules, deployment workflows, and environment provisioning.\nDevelop scalable pipelines in GitHub and Azure DevOps and improve release automation across environments.\nDesign and maintain modular, version-controlled Terraform code that provisions cloud, network, and Kubernetes resources.\nEnsure infrastructure deployments are consistent, secure, and supportable across every environment.\nParticipate in design discussions and turn agreed infrastructure patterns into production-ready code.\nDevelop daily health checks and validation routines that continuously verify infrastructure and pipeline health.\nBuild regression and resiliency testing into deployment workflows to catch issues before release.\nImplement self-healing workflows that identify and address issues before they impact the business.\nEliminate manual effort by automating repetitive provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks.\nPartner with engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams to continuously raise the standard for how CAA ships and manages infrastructure.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8+ years of hands-on DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure-as-code.\nStrong, hands-on experience with Terraform, including modular, version-controlled designs.\nDeep experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub (Actions) and Azure DevOps.\nHands-on experience with Git branching strategies and merge/pull request workflows, including branch policies and pipeline gating.\nFundamental understanding of cloud and network technologies (e.g., Azure or AWS, VNets, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls).\nWorking experience with containers and Kubernetes (e.g., Docker and AKS).\nStrong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash), a forward-thinking automation-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nRelevant certifications such as HashiCorp Terraform Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400).\nExperience with Kubernetes at scale and GitOps workflows (e.g., Helm, Argo CD, or Flux).\nInterest in media and entertainment technology or workflows.\nExperience implementing DevSecOps practices and policy-as-code (e.g., OPA or Sentinel) and observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).\nLocation\nThis role is hybrid, based in our Nashville office.\nCompensation \nThe annual base salary range for this position is as follows:\nNashville, TN - $177,000 - $196,000\nThis position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
