# React.js Associate Tech Lead/Tech Lead

This position leads React.js application development and support through hands-on engineering, architectural ownership, code quality, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration with product, UX, backend specialists, and clients to deliver secure, accessible, scalable, high-performance applications. You will own technical decisions and production readiness through spec-driven development (SDD) and responsible AI-assisted delivery. You will independently implement, review, test, debug, and correct human- and AI-generated code. Experience with AI tools is preferred, not mandatory.
