and performance tuning.\nHands-on experience with Redis for caching, Pub/Sub, session management, and rate limiting.\nExperience with BullMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar queueing technologies.\nExperience building scalable and high-performance backend systems.\nUnderstanding of microservices and distributed systems.\nUnit and integration testing using Jest, Mocha, or Chai.\nGit version control and code review practices.\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills.\nSecurity best practices for backend systems, including input validation, encryption, authentication, and authorisation.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nNice-to-have: \nGraphQL experience.\nServerless architectures (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).\nDocker, Kubernetes, ECS, and containerization.\nCI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI.\nMonitoring and observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).\nCloud platforms
