You will play a key role in coordinating initiatives that connect our company internally and externally while maintaining a strong digital footprint.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nCommunity Engagement & Brand Representation\nOrganize and manage internal gatherings (team knowledge-sharing sessions, community-building meetups).\nCoordinate external initiatives such as tech meetups, community networking, and employer branding activities.\nAct as a representative of the company’s culture and values in community-facing efforts.\nContent & Social Media Ownership\nCreate and maintain a content calendar to align campaigns, posts, and announcements with marketing goals.\nMaintain a social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting and engagement across platforms.\nCollaborate with the marketing team to design, publish, and track engaging content.\nMonitor audience engagement and report on performance.\nContent creation to be focused on busisness development and content that appeals outside of Sri Lanka\nWebsite & Digital Updates\nMaintain and update the company website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.\nCoordinate with designers or developers for new content, pages, or improvements.\nEnsure SEO best practices and user experience are considered in updates.\nMarketing Coordination & Support\nManage trackers and reports for campaigns, email performance, and community engagement.\nMaintain and update marketing databases, lists, and CRM segments.\nEmail marketing execution and monitoring\nSupport ongoing marketing initiatives,ensuring timely execution and follow-up.\nAssist in employer branding initiatives that strengthen the company’s reputation.\nKey Outcomes Expected\nConsistent and professional representation of the company in all community-facing activities.\nA well-organized and updated content and social media calendar that aligns with strategic goals.\nSmooth execution of internal and external branding initiatives.\nUp-to-date, accurate, and engaging digital presence (website, social media, content).\nWhat We're Looking For:\nA degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.\nAround 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, communications, community engagement, or event coordination. Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience may also be considered.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear, professional, and engaging content for different audiences.\nA good understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and digital marketing fundamentals.\nExperience or interest in organizing and coordinating events, including internal gatherings, meetups, networking sessions, and employer branding activities.\nBasic knowledge of website content management, SEO, email marketing, and CRM/database management would be an advantage\nStrong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, calendars, trackers, events, and deadlines.\nComfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders and representing the company professionally at events and community initiatives.\nA proactive and creative mindset,with an interest in developing content and campaigns that appeal to international audiences and support business development objectives.\nAttention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across content, branding, communications, and digital channels.\nWillingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute across different areas of marketing in a fast-moving environment.\nWhat We Offer:\nOur careers offer a flexible working environment, attractive remuneration, and opportunities to travel overseas and work alongside brilliant minds.
