Implementation quality\n\nDrive vendor accountability on:\n\n SLA adherence o Performance improvements\n\n Delivery timelines\n\nIntegration & Interoperability:\n\nEnsure seamless integration between:\n\n RAN, Core, and IP networks\n\n New and legacy technologies\n\nSupport testing, validation, and acceptance processes\n\nDrive interoperability and performance consistency across the network\n\nGovernance & Risk Management:\n\nIdentify and mitigate:\n\n Network performance risks\n\n Capacity constraints\n\n Technical bottlenecks\n\nSupport commercial and legal teams with:\n\n Technical input into SLAs\n\n Performance and acceptance criteria\n\nTeam Leadership & Capability Building:\n\nProvide technical leadership to:\n\n RF planners\n\n NOC and field teams\n\nMentor and upskill internal teams\n\nBuild a high-performance network optimisation capability within the organisation\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nDegree/Diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or related field\n\n10+ years’ telecoms/network operations experience\n\nStrong 5G Core, RAN, transport, and systems operations experience\n\nExperience in ISP or carrier-grade environments\n\nAdvanced troubleshooting and incident management capability \n\nKnowledge of automation, scripting, and monitoring platforms\n\nVendor certifications advantageous (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco,
