Agentic AI systems that can plan, reason, and act autonomously \nCollaborate on AI-driven workflows such as intelligent assistants, decision-making agents, or orchestration layers \nIntegrate AI agents with frontend applications using APIs, event-driven architectures, or LLM-based services \nEnsure AI solutions meet performance, security, and ethical standards\nWrite clean, maintainable code with comprehensive unit tests (90%+ coverage) \nCollaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders \nTune applications for performance, security, and accessibility compliance \nMaintain systems, fix issues, and manage technical debt \nCommunicate directly with clients and provide regular status updates \nManage code versions and workflows using GitHub and related tools \nResearch emerging technologies and continuously upgrade skills \nParticipate in technical interviews and evaluate candidates\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent\n8+ years of professional software development experience \nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, and Context API \nSolid experience with HTML, CSS, and modern UI development \nHands-on experience with design systems (Material-UI, Atomize, or similar) \nUnderstanding of accessibility standards and security compliance \nExperience writing unit tests with high
