As we continue building and scaling high-growth digital products, we are expanding our engineering team with a Flutter Developer who will play a key role in our mobile ecosystem.\n\nAbout the role\n\nAs a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will work closely with Backend, Product, Design, and BI teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant mobile experiences.\n\nYou will take ownership from feature concept → implementation → release, contributing directly to products used by millions of users across multiple markets.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys shipping real products with real impact.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart\n\n Implement clean architecture and state management solutions (e.g. BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)\n\n Integrate and consume backend APIs (REST / GraphQL), including authentication flows and data syncing\n\n Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define clean, scalable API contracts\n\n Ensure high-quality, responsive UI/UX across iOS and Android\n\n Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests\n\n Debug and optimize performance for smooth animations, fast load times, and stability\n\n Handle app releases and updates for App Store and Google Play\n\n Improve code quality, development workflows, and app performance over time\n\n Work closely with Product and Design to ship high-impact features quickly\n\nJob Requirements\n\nTechnical Must-Haves\n\n 3–5+ years of experience in mobile development (Flutter / Dart)\n\n Strong knowledge of Flutter SDK, widget trees, lifecycle, and cross-platform considerations\n\n Experience with state management and modular app architecture\n\n Solid experience integrating APIs, handling authentication, and error handling\n\n Experience writing tests (unit, widget, integration)\n\n Comfortable working with Git, pull requests, and code reviews\n\nSoft Skills\n\n Ownership mindset — comfortable taking responsibility for features end-to-end\n\n Strong communicator — able to collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams\n\n Thrives in a fast-moving, product-driven environment\n\n Proactive in improving code quality, tooling, and development speed\n\nNice to Have\n\n Experience working closely with backend teams (Node.js / REST / GraphQL)\n\n
