As we continue building and scaling high-growth digital products, we are expanding our engineering team with a Frontend Developer who will help shape fast, reliable, and high-quality user experiences.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining modern, scalable web applications. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and BI teams to deliver intuitive, performant, and visually polished interfaces that power our products and internal platforms.\n\nYou will take ownership from feature concept → implementation → release, contributing directly to products used across multiple international markets.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and cares deeply about user experience, performance, and code quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Build and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js\n\n Translate product and design requirements into high-quality, responsive UI\n\n Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility best practices\n\n Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs (REST / GraphQL)\n\n Manage application state and data flow using appropriate state management solutions\n\n Optimize frontend performance, bundle size, and load times\n\n Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit and integration tests)\n\n Debug and resolve frontend issues efficiently\n\n Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers\n\n Continuously improve frontend architecture, tooling, and developer experience\n\nJob Requirements\n\nTechnical Must-Haves\n\n 3–5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer\n\n Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript\n\n Solid knowledge of React and modern frontend frameworks (preferably Next.js)\n\n Experience with HTML, CSS, and modern styling approaches (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or similar)\n\n Experience integrating APIs (REST / GraphQL)\n\n Familiarity with frontend testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress or similar)\n\n Comfortable working with Git, pull requests, and code reviews\n\nSoft Skills\n\n Ownership mindset — able to take features from idea to production\n\n Strong communicator — comfortable collaborating across teams\n\n Thrives in a fast-moving, product-focused environment\n\n Proactive in improving code quality, performance, and workflows\n\nNice to Have\n\n Experience working in startup or scale-up environments\n\n Familiarity with
