With more than 150 employees from 25+ nationalities, we operate with the speed of a startup and the power of a global network.\n\nAs we continue building high-growth digital products, we are expanding our engineering team with a Fullstack Engineer who can contribute across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and product development.\n\nFullstack Engineer (Node.js / TypeScript)\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Fullstack Engineer, you will work closely with Product, Design, Mobile, and Business Intelligence teams to build fast, scalable, and reliable applications. You will take ownership from concept → architecture → implementation → deployment, playing a key role in delivering secure, high-performance services that power our mobile apps and internal products.\n\nThis position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working end-to-end across the stack.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.\n\n Develop responsive and high-quality frontend interfaces using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.\n\n Build and optimize APIs consumed by mobile clients (Flutter), ensuring performance, stability, and clean data structures.\n\n Own database design, schema migrations, indexing, and performance tuning.\n\n Implement robust authentication/authorization flows (JWT, OAuth).\n\n Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code (Jest, integration tests, API tests, E2E tests).\n\n Debug frontend and backend issues efficiently.\n\n Deploy and operate production services on AWS, with hands-on work in EKS, CI/CD, Helm, networking, and scaling.\n\n Work with containerized environments using Docker and contribute to IaC (Terraform or AWS CDK is a plus).\n\n Improve development workflows, performance, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.\n\n Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ship high-impact features quickly.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nTechnical Must-Haves\n\nBackend\n\n Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript\n\n Prisma ORM\n\n PostgreSQL (indexes, migrations, query optimization)\n\nFrontend\n\n Next.js, React, TypeScript\n\nAPI Development\n\n REST, validation, error handling\n\n Authentication & Authorization (JWT/OAuth)\n\nTesting\n\n Unit, integration, API, and E2E testing (Jest or similar)\n\nCloud & DevOps\n\n Production experience on AWS\n\n EKS / Kubernetes, Helm, manifests\n\n Docker, container builds\n\n CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar)\n\n Observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, Prometheus, etc.)\n\nSoft Skills\n\n Excellent communicator — able to collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design, and BI.\n\n Ownership mindset — comfortable taking a feature from idea to deployment.\n\n Thrives in a small, fast-moving product environment.\n\n Proactive in improving code quality, tooling, and development speed.\n\nNice to Have\n\n Experience working with Flutter teams or integrating with mobile apps\n\n Startup or scale-up experience\n\n Knowledge of microservices or event-driven systems
