understand local portfolio characteristics, monitor portfolio movement, and execute collection strategies to drive resolution and recovery outcomes.\nlead, coach, and develop a team of 2-5 direct reports; set clear expectations, review productivity and performance, and drive the team towards collection targets.\nmanage 3-6 collection agencies across the assigned geography; ensure adequate capacity, drive productivity and resolution outcomes, and maintain adherence to quality and compliance standards.\nown resolution and recovery targets for the assigned portfolio; analyse MIS and key collection metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.\nensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and the code of conduct for collections;
