As a core part of the merchant-led growth (mlg) strategy, you’ll shape how millions engage with CRED.\nwhat you’ll own\ndriving acceptance of CRED payment instruments (upi, credit/affordability) with a sole focus of offering convenience for CRED members\nhunt, build and manage high-impact brand partnerships across categories relevant to CRED members\ndrive meaningful member value through differentiated rewards, offers, privileges, and experiences\nwork closely with internal cross-functional teams including product, growth, marketing, operations, and design to execute partnership initiatives successfully\nsupport the integration of rewards and merchant constructs across key product journeys and platform surfaces\ndrive day-to-day partner management including execution, campaign launches, reporting, issue resolution, and performance tracking\nidentify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and help scale high-performing constructs\nleverage consumer insights, transaction intelligence, and market understanding to identify relevant partnership opportunities\nensure strong execution quality, partner experience, and member relevance across all initiatives\nwhat we’re looking for\n4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, merchant growth, enterprise sales, category or account management within consumer internet, fintech, commerce, loyalty, or digital businesses\nexperience managing and growing brand or merchant partnerships with measurable business outcomes\nunderstanding of consumer and merchant ecosystems across categories such as fashion, travel, food delivery, lifestyle, entertainment, retail, or digital services\nexperience working cross-functionally with teams across product, marketing, operations, growth, analytics, or business functions\nstrong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in fast-paced and evolving environments\ngood business and commercial understanding with the ability to structure mutually valuable partnerships\nstrong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills\ncomfort working with performance metrics, business data, and
