proactively manage risks and dependencies.\nPartner closely with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Security, Customer Success, and Support teams.\nEnsure releases meet quality, security, and operational-readiness standards.\nBuild Engineering Excellence:\nImprove code quality through peer reviews, coding standards, and automation.\nChampion automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and DevSecOps practices.\nUse engineering metrics to improve productivity, quality, and delivery predictability.\nLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and drive permanent corrective actions.\nBuild systems that are secure, resilient, observable, and easy to operate.\nDrive AI-Enabled Engineering:\nDrive adoption of AI-assisted software development across engineering improve engineering productivity while maintaining quality and security.\nPartner Across the Business:\nCommunicate engineering progress, risks, trade-offs, and delivery status clearly.\nBuild trusted relationships with Product, Delivery, Business, Architecture, Security, and Executive Leadership.\nRepresent Engineering during customer discussions, executive reviews, and technical escalations.\nTranslate complex technical decisions into clear business outcomes.\nRequirements:\n10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in an Engineering Manager or Technical Leadership role.\nStrong software engineering background before moving into engineering management.\nExperience building enterprise SaaS, fintech, banking, or large-scale B2B platforms.\nProven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams across Backend, Frontend, QA, and DevOps.\nStrong experience delivering cloud-native, API-first, microservices-based applications.\nExperience working with regulated enterprise customers such as banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, or financial institutions.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery, release management, DevSecOps, engineering governance, and production operations.\nExperience with Lending Origination Systems, Digital Lending, Supply Chain Finance, or Financial Services platforms is highly
