Live in their slack channels and meet them at their desks.\n\nBuild POCs to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-value\n\nOwn design partnerships with end users to shape the product roadmap\n\nDevelop deep understanding of each customer's use case and business objectives, and be their greatest internal advocate\n\nDefine and improve the playbooks, processes, and tooling that will let us scale what works\n\nOwn the onboarding story, keeping documentation high quality and understanding our users' greatest friction points\n\nAbout you\nYou might be a great fit if you're a customer-obsessed problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and enterprise trust.
