Credence is an American company that builds technology and analytics products for the health insurance and benefits industry, covering claims processing, member engagement, provider data and payment integrity. Its customers are payers and benefit administrators who run on ageing core systems they cannot easily replace, so much of the work involves building modern interfaces and analytics around systems that remain in place. Based in Birmingham, Alabama, it recruits engineers, analysts and healthcare data specialists, and its demand is driven by regulatory change in American health coverage as much as by commercial competition.

We provide cutting-edge solutions, including AI/ML, enterprise modernization, and advanced intelligence capabilities, to the largest defense and health federal organizations. We are privately held, are repeatedly recognized as a top place to work, and have been on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list for the last 12 years.
