We encourage employees to push boundaries and help solve critical, world-changing federal challenges.\nPosition Summary\nCredence has an immediate need for a Program Manager at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.\nCROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for ‘baking in’ cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of ‘critical’ vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems. CROWS is primarily located at two locations: Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB) and Wright-Patterson AFB. There are CROWS personnel located in various locations throughout the AF to provide cyber resiliency support. The major functional areas within CROWS are as follows:\nCROWS Leadership\nAcquisition Support to increase system security engineering principles into acquisition community\nManpower, Education and Training \nIntelligence integration to increase cyber posture\nManagement of data reporting and tracking of cyber vulnerabilities and risks\nData capture, repository and analytics to enable risk-based decision making\nInquiry management and adjudication to respond to external inquiries on cyber posture\nGap analysis of cyber risks for a comprehensive understanding of risk\nVulnerability and Risk Assessment Projects \nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:\nCollaborating with CROWS management, team leaders, program office representatives, and extended team to prepare for periodic working group meetings and leadership/strategic meetings.\nAssisting with DoD and DAF program/project analysis, including the planning and organizing of program/project activities.\nAssisting with technical work related to program management, including planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.\nAssisting in planning, organizing, and presenting assessments, command-level presentations, program management reviews, studies, status briefings, and other reviews.\nAssisting CROWS leadership in the management of projects/programs within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.\nAssisting with reviewing, developing, establishing, and updating policies and guidance.\nMonitoring team performance and providing team direction and prioritization as agreed with Government program manager expectations.\nWorking with team leaders, cyber focus teams, and team members to update action plans with current required actions and priorities.\nEnsuring the five-year budget and schedule are consistent with CROWS action plans.\nAssisting in the development of strategic briefings to be presented to the Air Force PEO Cyber Resiliency Review, AFLCMC/CC, SAF/AQ, AFLCMC/FM, working group meetings, and CROWS leadership.\nPlanning and supporting telecommunications and meetings with program offices.\nAssisting in completing tasks in response to National Defense Authorization Acts and requests from SAF/AQR and other senior leaders.\nMaintaining a repository of cyber best practices and lessons learned.\nWorking closely with various CROWS teams to assist in the development of data strategies.\nProviding input to implementation plans, standard operating procedures, and other cyber documentation.\nAssisting in the development of reports outlining mitigation objectives, cyber resiliency posture, or system cyber resiliency strategy.\nAssisting with administrative functions, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office administration.\nRequirements\n Requirements:\nMust have an active or current Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility, verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).\nMaster’s or Doctorate degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoD\nOR bachelor’s degree in a Human Resource or related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoD\nOR fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) years of which must be in the DoD.\nSpecialized Knowledge and Experience Required:\nProject management certification or training, such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP), or other project management certifications/training certificates.\nUSAF, Space Force, or DAF weapon systems acquisition or logistics experience.\nCurrent understanding of DoD acquisition processes to ensure timely and synchronized schedule integration of cybersecurity requirements into program schedules and milestones through acquisition program integrated product teams.\nKnowledge of acquisition/procurement life cycle processes.\nSenior executive briefing experience.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity principles, cyber threats, cyber vulnerabilities, risk threat assessment, and risk management processes.\nKnowledge of specific operational impacts of
