This role partners with stakeholders, developers, Scrum teams, and IT staff to gather requirements, create user stories, and translate business needs into effective solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with Agile methodologies, requirements management, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on process improvement and successful solution delivery.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:\nEvaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.\nGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.\nCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business documentation to support Agile development efforts.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, developers, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.\nConduct requirements workshops, meetings, presentations, and stakeholder briefings.\nSupport ServiceNow application implementation, enhancement, testing, and integration activities.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and help ensure project deliverables remain on track and aligned with business objectives.\nAnalyze and validate solution designs, test results, and implemented functionality.\nMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and process improvement opportunities.\nWork with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and client expectations.\nDocument findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.\nSupport multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned.\nRequirements\nUS citizenship with Active Secret Clearance is required.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n2-4 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements in an Agile environment.\nDemonstrated experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements documentation.\nExperience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.\nAbility to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience supporting users by investigating, communicating, and resolving issues.\nKnowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nExperience with Jira and Agile project management tools strongly preferred.\nServiceNow experience strongly preferred.\nExperience with data analysis, reporting, knowledge management, or data visualization tools preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.\nExperience eliciting requirements, validating solutions, and supporting testing activities is a plus.\nSalary Range: $104,000 - $125,000 annually.
