across Claims, Prior Authorization, Scheduling, Coding, Collections, Payments, Denials, AR, and EDI, ensuring real-time dashboards, alerts, and executive reporting.\n\nYou will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, DBA, AI/ML, RPA, DevOps, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliance-ready analytics.\n\nAnalytics Strategy & Ownership : \n\n- Define and execute analytics roadmap aligned with business outcomes and RCM workflows.\n\n- Establish standardized KPIs, dashboards, and alerts, integrating AI/ML and predictive insights.\n\n- Serve as primary escalation point for all analytics issues and decisions.\n\nHands-On Data Analysis & BI : \n\n- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models for internal and external stakeholders.\n\n- Analyze EDI transaction data (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278) to drive operational and financial insights.\n\n- Develop advanced SQL queries on SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, and other databases.\n\n- Integrate BI with enterprise workflows via Power Automate and automated reporting pipelines.\n\nAI/ML & Automation Enablement : \n\n- Partner with AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA teams to define metrics, monitor model performance, and track workflow automation success.\n\n- Build dashboards and visualizations that capture predictive insights, anomaly detection, and automation exceptions.\n\nReporting, Presentation & MS Office Enablement : \n\n- Create stakeholder-ready reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas), PowerPoint presentations, and Word documentation.\n\n- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and executives.\n\n- Support self-service analytics for operational teams and enable data storytelling.\n\nTeam Leadership & Mentorship : \n\n- Lead and mentor a team of BI Developers, Data Analysts, and Junior Analysts.\n\n- Establish BI development standards, review processes, and quality benchmarks.\n\n- Manage sprint planning, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations.\n\nSecurity, Compliance & Governance : \n\n- Ensure analytics and BI solutions comply with HIPAA, SOC 2, and internal security policies.\n\n- Implement RBAC, PHI masking, and audit-ready reporting.\n\n- Maintain clear documentation of metrics, dashboards, and data sources for transparency and audit readiness.\n\nCandidate Requirements : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.\n\n- 8 - 12+ years in data analytics, BI, or related roles; 3+ years in a lead/manager role.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift.\n\n- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills for advanced reporting and executive presentations.\n\n- Experience in US Healthcare, RCM, or other regulated domains preferred.\n\n- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, RPA, or predictive analytics is a strong plus.\n\nTechnical Expertise : \n\n- Databases & Querying : SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL, Advanced SQL.\n\n- BI & Visualization Tools : Power BI, Tableau, Looker, D3.js, Power Automate.\n\n- Data Modeling : Star schema, snowflake schema, semantic layers.\n\n- Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP (analytics & security awareness).\n\n- RCM & EDI Analytics : 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278.\n\n- Integration & Data Pipelines : Microservices, APIs, event-driven pipelines.\n\n- AI/ML & Agentic AI : Predictive analytics dashboards, model performance tracking,
