We offer a collaborative environment where employees can grow professionally while supporting important federal missions.\nCredence has an immediate need for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Defense Automatic Addressing System Digital Business Transformation (DAAS D-BX) Modernization Program.\nThe ServiceNow Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow modernization activities supporting the DAAS Portal workstream. This includes managing the development and implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions, integrations, production releases, testing, user acceptance, Section 508 compliance, organizational change management, and transition activities.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with DLA stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, security personnel, platform administrators, and contractor leadership to ensure work is delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, Agile practices, DLA policies, and approved schedules.\nResponsibilities\nManage ServiceNow projects throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning through deployment, transition, and operational support.\nLead the planning and execution of DAAS Portal modernization activities and related ServiceNow capabilities.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, work breakdown structures, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and deliverable trackers.\nCoordinate activities across developers, business analysts, testers, architects, security personnel, Section 508 specialists, and government stakeholders.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release-planning sessions.\nWork with product owners and stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and maintain requirements, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and the product backlog.\nMonitor sprint progress, team capacity, release readiness, and overall project performance.\nManage ServiceNow development, testing, code migration, application verification, and production deployment activities.\nCoordinate functional testing, integration testing, security testing, Section 508 testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nEnsure defects, vulnerabilities, compliance findings, and testing results are documented, assigned, tracked, and resolved.\nCoordinate ServiceNow change requests and support required governance, technical review, and production approval processes.\nWork with the ServiceNow Core Platform team to ensure solutions comply with platform standards, development practices, security controls, and release-management procedures.\nCoordinate application interfaces and integration requirements with internal and external systems.\nIdentify and manage technical, operational, security, schedule, resource, and dependency risks.\nDevelop mitigation and contingency plans and promptly elevate risks, blockers, and decisions requiring leadership or government action.\nPrepare weekly status reports, executive briefings, management presentations, meeting minutes, action-item reports, and other project-management documentation.\nTrack contractual deliverables and ensure submissions are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with Performance Work Statement requirements.\nSupport organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, user onboarding, and adoption activities.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and ensure decisions, approvals, requirements, and changes are traceable.\nServe as the primary coordination point between the ServiceNow delivery team, Credence program leadership, and DLA stakeholders.\nPerform additional project-management duties in support of the DAAS D-BX Modernization Program.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.\nFive or more years of experience managing information technology or software-development projects.\nThree or more years of experience supporting or managing ServiceNow implementations, application development, platform modernization, or enhancement projects.\nDemonstrated experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid Agile delivery methods.\nExperience with software-development lifecycle activities, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment.\nExperience managing project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, resources, budgets, and deliverables.\nExperience coordinating UAT, production releases, change requests, and release-readiness activities.\nAbility to translate technical information into clear updates for program leadership, business stakeholders, and government customers.\nStrong written and verbal communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project or an equivalent scheduling tool.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or similar Agile certification.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification.\nExperience supporting DLA, the Department of Defense, or another federal government agency.\nExperience managing ServiceNow applications within a federal or DoD environment.\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow platform governance, development standards, update sets, application scopes, workflows, integrations, and production-release processes.\nExperience supporting federal cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework, Authority to Operate, and change-control processes.\nExperience coordinating Section 508 accessibility testing and remediation.\nExperience with organizational change management, training, communications, and user-adoption planning.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Agile Development, or similar backlog and work-management tools.\nMust be a U.S. citizen.\nActive CAC or able to obtain a CAC Card \nActive security clearance.\nSalary Range: $180,000 - $210,000 annually.
