The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team to design, build, and enhance Pega applications. This role will be part of a delivery team and may be based on-site or offshore, depending on project and client needs. It offers an excellent opportunity to grow technical expertise while working under guidance from senior architects and consultants.\n\nEssential Technical Qualification:\nPega Certified System Architect (CSA)\nPega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)\n4.5-6 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development with at least one end-to-end project implementation.\nExperience working on Pega 7.x / 8.x / latest Pega versions.\n\nMandatory Platform Exposure:\nExperience in Constellation is considered a strong advantage.\nPega Constellation applications - OOTB UI usage, dashboards/insights, basic developer-level debugging\n\nCore Pega Technical Skills:\nGood understanding of case management concepts, including:\nParent-child cases\nParallel processing\nLocking and data propagation\nUse of standard and advanced flow shapes\nHands-on experience with Flows, Screen Flows, Activities, SLAs, and decision rules.\nWorking knowledge of Declarative Rules, Data Pages, and background processing concepts.\nExperience in configuring integrations such as REST, Email, File, MQ, JMS, with exposure to synchronous and asynchronous patterns.\nBasic understanding of Report Definitions, dashboards, and insights.\nStrong debugging and troubleshooting skills using Pega developer tools.\n\nDelivery & Collaboration:\nExperience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.\nGood communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, configure, and enhance Pega applications following Pega guardrails and best practices.\nSupport application design and implementation activities under guidance from senior architects.\nParticipate in design discussions to understand business requirements and domain context.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation for assigned components.\nCreate prototypes and proofs of concept to validate requirements and design approaches.\nAdhere to established coding, testing, and quality standards.\nParticipate in show-and-tell sessions and demos, incorporating feedback to improve solutions.\nWork collaboratively as part of a project delivery team to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.\n\nPreferred Qualification:\nExposure to Pega frameworks such as Customer Service, CRM, BFSI, Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate, CLM-KYC\nAwareness of performance tools such as PAL / PLA / PDC.\nBasic understanding of Java, SQL, Unix/Linux concepts.\nAbility to assist senior team members with design reviews, estimations, and integration discussions.\nStrong analytical
