We are growing our design team and looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to help shape FMS, our consumer-facing (B2C) product.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE :\n\nWe are looking for a senior UI/UX Designer with 5 to 8 years of experience to own the end-to-end design of FMS, our B2C product used directly by consumers. \n\nYou will bring strong product thinking, a sharp eye for visual craft, and the ability to independently drive design decisions in a fast-paced, agile environment while mentoring junior designers and working closely with product, engineering, and research to build delightful, high-trust consumer experiences at scale.\n\nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :\n\n- Own end-to-end UI/UX design for FMS, our B2C consumer application, across web and mobile.\n\n- Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, high-converting consumer journeys and flows.\n\n- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs in Figma.\n\n- Build and evolve the design system, brand guidelines, and reusable UI component libraries.\n\n- Lead and interpret user research, usability testing, and behavioral data to continuously refine the product experience.\n\n- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data/Analytics teams to ship seamless, well-implemented experiences.\n\n- Drive motion design and micro-interactions to make consumer touchpoints feel polished and trustworthy.\n\n- Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising the design bar across the team.\n\n- Champion user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design across the product.\n\n- Stay ahead of consumer design trends, tools, and best practices in B2C product design.\n\nREQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :\n\n- 5 to 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong track record on B2C / consumer-facing products.\n\n- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of web and mobile consumer product design.\n\n- Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and building/scaling design systems.\n\n- Strong fundamentals in visual design layout, typography, color theory, and iconography.\n\n- Solid grounding in user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.\n\n- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie, or similar) preferred.\n\n- Comfortable driving ambiguous 0-to-1 problems as well as optimizing existing consumer flows.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
