The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and team leadership while ensuring high-quality software delivery.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead the end-to-end Software Quality Assurance lifecycle in Agile projects.\nDefine and implement test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to ensure quality deliverables.\nBuild, maintain, and execute automated UI and functional test suites.\nPerform automation testing across web and mobile platforms using real devices and emulators.\nReview daily test execution results, identify defects, and track them to closure.\nTroubleshoot issues across multiple environments and ensure timely resolution.\nMentor, guide, and manage QA engineers, assigning tasks and providing technical direction.\nParticipate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and quality reviews.\nDrive Agile best practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).\nContinuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation coverage.\n\nRequirements: \n10-15 years of overall experience with 9-12 years in QA Automation/SDET.\nStrong experience with automation frameworks and tools: Selenium, Appium, Postman, JUnit, Mockito.\nExperience with API testing and UI automation.\nHands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira.\nStrong SQL/database testing skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nKnowledge of TDD and BDD methodologies.\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience leading QA teams and mentoring engineers.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nB. Tech/M.
