vendor development teams in adopting best-in-class architectural practices.\nParticipate in RFP evaluations and vendor selection for LOS systems or associated components.\nEnsure robust data management practices, data privacy compliance, and security frameworks are integrated into system design.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n10-16 years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application development.\nMinimum 10+ years of hands-on experience architecting or managing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) in an NBFC or BFSI setup.\nStrong experience with digital lending platforms, microservices architecture, and workflow engines.\nExpertise in integrating with credit bureaus and KYC platforms.\nSolid understanding of database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL), caching, and performance tuning.\nExperience in agile delivery, DevOps practices, and distributed system
