The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI and/or Flask, along with strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS.\n\nWhat You'll Do : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.\n\n- Build high-quality APIs and backend applications using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.\n\n- Design robust API contracts, validation, error handling, and service integrations.\n\n- Develop efficient database solutions using PostgreSQL.\n\n- Design and optimize database schemas, SQL queries, indexes, and data-access patterns.\n\n- Develop services capable of operating reliably within distributed and scalable system architectures.\n\n- Design and develop cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, and API Gateway.\n\n- Apply best practices around scalability, availability, reliability, security, observability, and cost optimization.\n\n- Use Terraform/Infrastructure as Code to manage cloud infrastructure.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Write clean, modular, reusable, testable, and maintainable code.\n\n- Collaborate with Frontend, QA, Product, DevOps, and other engineering teams.\n\nWhat We're Looking For : \n\n- 3-8 years of professional experience in backend/software engineering.\n\n- Strong programming experience with Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and/or Flask.\n\n- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.\n\n- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.\n\n- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.\n\n- Strong understanding of REST API design and backend architecture.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, AI/ML, or AI-powered applications.\n\n- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.\n\n- Experience with application observability, monitoring, logging,
